The Story of Tom Farrage

For this Remembrance Day feature, I produced and edited a short-form documentary chronicling the life and sacrifice of former Birmingham City player Tom Farrage. I oversaw the production from conceptual research to final delivery, coordinating on-location filming at the National Memorial Arboretum and integrating historical archives (1939 census records, war death lists) with modern-day interviews. My edit focused on a respectful, slow-burn narrative that connected the club’s sporting history with the gravity of Operation Market Garden, resulting in a deeply moving piece for the club’s community.
